2. Email Responses: Draft timely and accurate responses to questions from prospects and customers.

Follow-up Emails

Give Paige some meeting notes and she’ll draft a personalized follow-up email for you.

How it works

1. Provide Instructions: In the DealPage Chrome Extension or web app, select “Compose” and provide custom instructions for the AI to draft the email
2. Choose Content: Select the content from your knowledge base that you want to share. The AI will create a unique link and include a formatted version in the email it drafts

3. Provide Context: You can add additional context, e.g. a meeting transcript, to help the AI understand the conversation and draft a more personalized email with next steps and a meeting recap.
4. Email Drafting: Click “Draft” and you’ll get a complete, context-aware, personalized email with the right content shared.

How it works

1. Extract questions: Choose an email from your inbox with the Chrome extension open. The AI will extract questions from the email. You can also do this from inside a Deal in the DealPage app.
2. Understand Custom Instructions: Provide any instructions on formatting, tone, etc. in natural language. You can also indicate if there are particular pieces of content you want to include in the response.
3. Email Drafting: DealPage searches your knowledge base for each question and writes an email response with the right content. You can review and edit the email before sending it.
